That would be what a 7500 dollar fine in a CMV? I doubt it.
The frame from the video at the car looking to rear on his shoulder showed a face that had no clue what to do and knew he was effed for a lack of a better word.
Sometimes charges are levied that are so serious in court that a few thousand dollar fine is meaningless. If that happened to me, I would just laugh. Stick a fork in it.
Horrible crash in Lakewood CO, I70 closed both directions. 12 vehicles 4 semi huge fire

I guess autoshift might have a safety factor for those who don't know how to use a real transmission..... A green rookie will never end up missing a gear and not being able to know how to recover. I say if you don't know how to recover a gear perhaps you should find a different line of work... But the reality is people who can't shift are driving these things.

I personally don't care for autoshift and I find the Jake for some reason is less effective with an AUTOSHIFT then with a manual.
