Dude get a bottle of hand sanitizer. I used to get sick all the time when I first started OTR. When you open doors at truck stops don't do it with your hands, use your sleeve or something. If you do use your hands don't touch your face until you've used hand sanitizer again. Anywhere you touch anything besides your truck use hand sanitizer before touching anything inside.

Lol no...
I'm not sick much. I got food poisoning once that's about it.
That can happen anywhere. -
Oh yes. The situation is awful!

Don't sweat the food poisoning unless you start throwing up and get a fever. Every time you have the runs it's a mild form of it, and just listening to others in bathroom stalls every morning, everybody gets it.
Keep an eye on the red spot on your foot. If it turns into an open sore that won't go away, get tested for diabetes. There are a few different strains of athlete's foot that are easily caught in showers. Some go away easily with topical creams, while others require a trip to a podiatrist to get some oral meds. Athlete's foot is also the same fungus that causes ringworm and jock ich, and can spread to any part or all over your body. Deal with it asap.BlueThunderr Thanks this. -
