Did you have any luck with your dispute. My son is a team driver, was dropped off for the first time in 4months for 4 days. His partner left to do a solo run. The DM headed him off in a totally different direction, My son ended up sitting at home for a week waiting for his team driver to come back around to pick him up. Then he drove from Va to Texas, from Texas back to Penn. and they are refusing to pay him a dime. It was not his fault that they routed his team member away from him. Now they are saying b/c he was off almost 2 weeks he resigned and he will owe his training money.
Can I fight my contract?

Oh and about him resigning. You’re automatically declared you quit after being off the truck for 30 days. Only other way they assumed he resigned was because his dm was calling him and he didn’t answer back. -
Plus it's just a credit loan. No different than a credit card. It simply has a second repay option of working there x amount of time.
Quit, go get another job that actually pays and then pat off the loan. Heck, even after paying off the loan he will be better off financially at the end of the year.... -
Hi I am new to forum. I hope I am doing this in the right space. I would like to ask a question about falling asleep at the wheel. Do you lose your CDL? There where no injuries or other party involved just ran off into a field. Minor damage to truck.
