They have improved. They had too. I would take a china tire over any cap. I bought a set of Cooper Roadmaster drives once. Low on cash situation. About 185k I got out of them. They were not round, didnt hold air well on clean rims but they got the job done.

My Kelly drives have ran good. Even all the way across. I like them. I ran some uniroyals too. The wire good, but were useless off-road

Kinda of tired of you knowing everything about everything. I guess sitting at home leaves lots of time to read up(or make stuff up). There is nothing wrong saying you don’t know about something. You should try it sometime.

I have Double Coin on the drives of our other truck. With rotation uneven wear hasn't been too bad, but one or two of them have an out-of-roundness problem, which causes quite the lope at certain speeds. I know that this is due to the tires because it started the moment I put them on. We went back, jacked both drive axles up, and ran the truck. Then played the game of swapping tire position etc. to try to take the hop out of them. Finally got it a bit better.

Having said that, they are a very popular tire around here for construction and farm trucks.
