Man if you're going to get held up that's the way to have it happen. Always better to be parked somewhere with food and running water.

I agree with location, yesterday was about 75°, today its 51° and windy so we are cooking inside after working outside.SAR, PoleCrusher, MagnumaMoose and 9 others Thank this. -
First day of training out of the way.
I'm shocked that this kind of company even exists. Paid delays, fully paid training, free breakfast/lunch, a room to sleep in, a vice president that would go to court to defend a driver's choice to break the HOS 15 minutes out from the terminal to come home so he can reset at home with family.
I feel like I've won the lottery as a truck driver here. This is wonderful.7-UP, blairandgretchen, SAR and 26 others Thank this. -

If you want to marinate it overnight — that’s fine. But, high heat, salt and pepper both sides, maybe a dash on a grill if that’s your thing — eat. Anything else and you’re over handling the dang thing.
I don’t use A1, barbecue sauce, nothing..... if you cook a good rare to medium rare steak you shouldn’t need anything with it besides some taters and a drink.7-UP, SAR, PoleCrusher and 17 others Thank this. -
