The rookie

I don’t typically sit, the longest I usually sit is for a 34. But then again I haven’t been that way since early February. I had plenty of time to meet all of the drivers out of that terminal and I’m pretty sure that’s where all of the complaints are coming from now cause it’s work everywhere else

And yea I got few little bucks for 4 days as I got my preassignment Monday to leave today(tues)

 

Let me say I’ve only been there one other time and got an assignment to leave right away.
But this time I arrived Thursday around 1300 And had hometime scheduled for Friday in Mich- But there were 4 other guys There the entire time I was there. It was 6 total but two got an assignment for Monday. The 2 local daycab drivers were moving but that’s it the most I counted was 34 trucks.. Not sure if any was on hometime as it was a Friday night but all the trucks I counted were there thurs when I arrived too. Local driver said it was the worst he’d seen it.. You had drivers double parking trailers cause trucks where parked with the trailers.
But once again it’s only my second run in with That OC

 

This week has been ....maaaan
So had the issue with the hometime and sitting in Jersey now I can’t update Nat’s because the expected departure time is always pushed out a day no matter how much I update the eta.. Another thing I’m noticing is that the eta’s are constantly being changed no matter what I set em to. This time I got a preassignment from close to home even though I’m in Cory. Followed their gps to Cory, When I dropped it the assignment said Cory, And the settlement that popped up this morning show I ended in Cory. Now the Qualcomm shows the last stop in Detroit somehow. Assignment withdrawn and showed that My Nal was in Cory all along. They’re making getting home fun this week

I’ve seen some of the newer trucks with them but the two trucks ive gotten were 2014s
