Sometimes you just have to walk away. Why invest in a company not willing to invest in you. Been a company driver with my outfit for 8 yrs. Last year pulled down 81k. Just took a regional position making the same money but working less. You won't believe how much stress will be lifted once you find a good company. Best of luck. Their out there!

You do it by doing it. If people tell you no, go around them by applying for the position you want and introducing yourself to the management in that department you want. If that doesn't work, apply for trucking companies. If you can pass a drug test there's a long list of trucking companies that would love to have you.
