It goes without saying, always check routing. Don't let a robot put you where you don't belong.

Remember google earth is a resource too. If all you see on say 33rd street in Baltimore Maryland is housing, then thats not for trucks. But route 143 can be used.

Ive gotten trapped in residentals before even a school zone once decades ago.

It's a shame this industry turns up it's nose at people who they may dispose of within three months...

If you can just stay anywhere at least three years you will be golden. Even more so at 5 or 7-10 years.

That is why I do not work for mega carriers or any carriers that report to dac because if something goes south they can ruin your reputation. Especially carriers that use Tenstreet by driverpulse... Try to find a local outfit that still uses paper applications. We have a few of those here in VA

Educate yourself, then go speak to a lawyer. The initial consultation will be free. The law suites may not cost you a penny. I’m serious. Do your research, and get a lawyer.

You may not be able to work for a mega, but you can find a job. It's not like you jack knifed or rolled over, and drivers who have committed those acts still get jobs! Western Express hired my buddy and he jack knifed. Those are just hiccups. We have all done those. After so long, those won't have to be reported.

Dude, you won't like what I say ... but here is the thing, you are hirable.

Just apply to as many companies as you can and waste their time in an interview, don't take the first offer unless it is the only one in a couple weeks.

China should give a list of companies ... hint ;)

I recommend you submit the online application before calling.
Apply, even if you think you won't be hired.

DOT reportable takes a tow away because it was no longer safe to drive, an injury or death, So who was towed from a fender bender, or who was injured or killed.
No being towed without an accident does not make it a DOT reportable. Just an incident. Big difference, still bad judgement.

So this far into this question your just full of it, heither one of the situations would be DOT reportable. as far as non preventable, if you drive into a no truck zone this is totally preventable. This does show bad judgement on your part.
No ticket being issued doe not indicate you were not at fault, Just means you did not get a ticket, cops dont always issue ticket, when you screw up.

But htis far into your story, you need to own up to your mistakes, before you can put them behind you and move on. The driver mills probably wont touch you, go for the smaller companies, like the guys who haul mail or cement, sand the local guys may give you a chance. But by the way dont go to mail if you can't back, theres lots of backing on USPS loads.
