Engine decides to not run after multiple attempts of cranking. Checked primary fuel filter, it was half way empty, filled er up and cranked it again, same issue happens. Primary filter keeps emptying out. Did this about 3 times to no result. Tanks are half full. Fuel lines are free from the tanks to the primary filter and coming into the secondary filter going on out. Could it be the fuel pump, Combination Pressure Regulator / Check Valve, etc? TIA
