Great news for @Cat sdp !! Since March there are 8 MX-13 engines to choose from in the US! It used to be 6, but there is a new 405 HP and a new 455 HP version, both with more torque. Why the US needs 8 versions, and in Europe we're fine with just 3, I have no idea.

They all look like Foden cabs to me.
AFAIK DAF CF's all have the bulges on lower sides of cab and doors, cab is wider at bottom part narrower higher up.

Foden don't have these bulges and cabs are "same" width from top to bottom. They also have the pressed in profile in the doors, which DAF don't have.

None of the trucks in picture have the wider bottom cabs

    Edit:
looking at the pictures a bit longer, it seems to me that it is all the same truck, but that at some point front grille, bumper and headlights were replaced.

That was my idea as well. It may have been a LHD Foden truck from the British army in Germany.

Assuming crankcase vent module. For MX-13, the EPA 10 is maintenance free that is centrifuge design that works off oil pressure. Haven't had issues with them, but replaced same design ones on Mack motor that was sooted up pushing oil out the draft tube. EPA 13 is maintenance free also, but driven by an electric motor. Have replaced plenty of them that have failed, but they just extended the warranty. Made by Hengst. EPA17 is similar to EPA13, but made by Cummins emissions solutions. Early ones were maintenance free, but have since switched to a replaceable filter element.

The daf is used to run cars locally. That's an import/export company up by Orlando. I've hauled for them several times over the years. They've got close connections to someone in South Africa they send a lot of their cars to.
