Many new cdl grads are starting out at 43 - 45 cpm even with starter companies such as Prime and Jim Palmer Trucking.
I don't have a list, but many companies have a guaranteed minimum paycheck where you can make more, but not less than the guarantee. Simply, don't refuse loads and don't be late for appointments because you're goofing off, and the guarantee is yours. -
Why not pneumatic home every night. Should do better than 3200 a month.
Chinatown Thanks this. -

My best month was just over 16,000 last year. I’m at .42 cpm and ran 175k miles in 2018. I’m not bragging. I’m tired of running that hard, but at the same time, I’m grateful to be able to earn. If I can say anything about this (nameless) company, they do give you the miles.

If you have 2 years experience and a clean record, you can do much better driver. It's hard to make a living at 2000K miles per week at 40 cpm. Good Luck to you.
