Nope. If you didn't want it trashed, you shouldn't have put it on my truck. You still have the option of removing the stupid thing right now. If you choose not to, it'll be scrap when I'm done and it's on you. I'm not paying you. Not now. Not ever.

That would have been easy back in the day. Pull the rubber out, kick the glass out. Pop new glass in, thread the rubber around it. 10 minutes, you could be gone.

 

Seems a power drill through the suction cups would do the trick in a hurry. No code required.

 

The unit does have a GPS tracking device so you'd have to answer for where you took it and disposed of it since they know your truck number and company name.

 

I wonder what one sounds like when you run it over with your drive tires. I’m sure it makes a very satisfying crunch.

 

It would be disposed of in the trash can right there next to the cart corral in the same parking lot. Why would I take it anywhere? And if they send me a bill, I'll add a zero and bill them for my time and effort needed to remove the POS from my truck. I'll consider paying theirs just as soon as their check clears.

 

I’m picturing truck drivers drilling through their windshields to get to those suction cups.

 

It makes perfect scientific sense. Drill through the glass to relieve the suction and easily remove the "boot". fill holes with a little 5th wheel grease and keep on truckin'.

 

Do you see the conflict in your statement? I'm thinking, since it has GPS they know where it is; therefore, not my problem.

Besides, someone sticks something on my truck without my permission, it is now mine to dispose of as I see fit.
