Groups paint independent truckers as polluters

The environmental groups and the teamsters can just shut up. I've seen plenty of company owned trucks and even trucks owned by union companies that belch out some pretty disgusting stuff.

 

Quick ? here if all of those polluting O/O started paying union dues would the teamsters be singing a differant tune?? Maybe someone should tell these clowns that 80% of freight is hauled by the little companies, so you could be p****** off a lot of customers if you do something stupid!

 

if they would just buy everyone a new truck they wouldnt have to worry about any of the evil air polluting small puppy killing old rigs anymore lol

 

More Socialism being crammed down our throats. We are going to wake up one day, and it will be too late. The independent trucker, retailer, or whatever, will be gone. We will all work for some mega-company, making slave wages, with government supplied benefits, driving government approved autos, living in government approved "green" houses.

If those union members loaded my truck quicker, I wouldnt have to idle at the dock so long. Environmentalists should ponder the fact that EGR/DPF equipped engines are more wasteful because they burn more fuel, require more maintenance and cost more money which requires me to run more miles to make the same money.
