Back when I was a den mother for a group I was told by the owner to write everyone up on any little infraction so as a reason for termination was handy.

At least a hand is ready to fire when you need to, instead of having to keep one two more weeks, costing you bucks every day. -
Everyone was in the same boat, as soon as the time comes the door is opened and slammed quick and with this country as soon as it is found a cheaper way that way is taken. There is no loyalty on either side.
