    For Millis I believe the age is 14 yrs of age, and insurance .. I can't remember what it was but it wasn't expensive. and ya have to sign waviers for the company.

    the waiver is for the rider stating that they wont drive the truck or anything like that and has to be signed by the rider and the safety dept

    i just finished school and in the hand book you can have riders at the age of 10 but there rider program you have to pay there insurance and that is $15 for a month with prior permision and no pets

    also you have to be with the company for a certain length of time before anyone can ride.
