    Loose antenna/connection somewhere is my first thought. Second thought is you're picking up signals that are too weak for you to hear.

    you need a new mic (and plug), the cord or plug has a short in it and is causing it to transmit.

    Thanks I appreciate it.It’s been a while since I used one.Last one was a Galaxy 929 peaked and tuned that worked very well.Now I’m a company truck with their CB.

    Super annoying when that happens and you can't find another 5pin mic. I also noticed when the sound cuts out you can bump the connection and it will come back. Basically pulling a Fonz.

    I thought it was out the door but it’s after rebate.Cashier gave it to me for $29 anyways and I still have the rebate to send in.
