Somali Pirates seize Americans and ship

I've been reading this story since it began, and all I can say is good for the US Navy. I hope these pirates will learn that we will not stand for this type of unprovoked attacks, and this is what will happen in the future..

 

Don't bet the farm. We have a Commander in Chief who "bows" to ...ideology...in the name of the greater good...

 

I'M willing to bet the military made this decision without oblabla ok..

If they did not act, you would have been placing blame on Obama for not releasing them.

 

Your right,If he doesn't have to balls to make a decision without offending the muslim world then he needs to save face and step down..

 

Probably not. He may have given "standing orders" by "proxy" but "he" has to make the call.

His MAIN job is "to protect and defend"...he has "the final word"...it's called "responsibility"...as Commander in Chief his (responsibility) is the preceding, anything less, "blame" would lay at his feet, by default not desire.

 

Waited a while though. I guess they wanted to minimize any chance of failure.

 

Which was a smart move. Don't take the shot if you don't have them clearly in the cross hair.
