It all depends. Get both the Uber and Lyft apps on your phone. I just spent a 34 in Sioux Falls and there were no Uber drivers on the 2 times I tried but Lyft got me in less than 5 minutes.
Before this, though, when you're planning where you might want to spend some time, put in an address from that town/city in Uber or Lyft and see if there are drivers there.
Also, if you want to pay it, Uber or Lyft will take you almost anywhere. An Uber driver I was talking to on a ride recently told me 3 tourists paid him several hundred to take them all over Great Smoky Mtns Nat'l Park. He made a day of it. That one fare paid more than his usual full days. He also said one guy in my town paid almost $1k for an Uber driver to take him to Chicago (from Knoxville). Company paid I'm sure and he probably owned the company.
Vacation ideas OTR? Where can a guy park for a week?
