Pharm,
I think he's right, for whatever it's worth. You might do well to get the better coverage, it may be worth the extra money in the long run. One accident and the game may be over. If they drop you after paying a claim, you are going to find it VERY difficult to find other coverage without selling the kids into slavery. It just seems like you are doing pretty well starting out, and will only get better as time marches on, but in my opinion, you are taking a risk that you probably could do without at this point. That could bring the entire operation crashing to the ground if things go wrong. Either way, congrats on your success! Looks like you are getting a good rythym going!

71 pages, one night of reading. Sounds like your doing great! I remember in my training, downshift two at the top of the hill, jake on and max 10 lbs of brake pressure. Cool things you got going, no experience, got your authority and are on schedule to make 65 ish this year. Well done sir.
PharmPhail and HwyPilot Thank this. -
I have progressive and I specificly asked them about the milage restriction. They told me you are allowed to run outside your milage area up to 4 times a year but you have to call them and tell them or your not covered.
your gambling with the insurance and there are too many idiots on the road to take that bet -
same thing i was told as well.

OH CRAP you guys! It's not like MN to WI runs make any more than NC to SC runs!
Where the hell is this extra money supposed to come from???
I will at least call and get the quote difference and see how bad it is. I would think $707 a month would be enough for them for an abstract. -
then do the NC/SC runs.
Do you not ever watch daytime tv? every friggin commercial is some law firm pumping people to Sue that big bad trucking company because they are all pill popping, dope smoking deadbeats who have been driving for three days straight -
i have had personal incidents w/ my pickup that were fender bender's, nephew driving, noone was hurt, but later they claimed injury's and scamed the ins. Co.

Rob, we're just trying to keep you from getting in too deep man. Believe me, just about everyone here knows that it's tough to find that extra cash to get the extra insurance coverage. As Dave Ramsey would say, you can't afford not to have it.
And I'm far from one to preach at people about being legal. I'd just hate to see a good man get knocked down by some sue happy low-life.
