Have a friend in Winsted CT that has "graduated" from NETTS but somehow does not have his CDL. He still has to finish his driving hours and they're not giving any to him. He's been there since February...
He's already received a certificate of completion from them and they're reporting him as an "unlicensed graduate" until he finishes his driving hours and road test.
Does he have any other options to finish his training and get his cdl? I can't find any schools in his area besides NETTS and the only company the search shows that hires and trains in his area is TMC. I'm not sure he'd pass TMC's agility test, I also don't think he'd survive the flat bed life.
Edited to tag @Chinatown cause you're a freaking genius when it comes to this stuff...

With CFI, he can request to be trained in Missouri or CFI might choose a private school in his area.
If I were him, I'd request to train in Missouri.
"Why do you want to train here in Missouri?"
"I'm thinking about moving there when I get some money saved."Ironwindow Thanks this. -
