I moved from Atlanta 2 years ago. I miss it sometimes. What I don't miss is the traffic (although I still have to drive in it sometimes. I drive for Millis. There's no way to avoid it altogether while driving for them) and I definitely don't miss the crime. I lived in Acworth, and even being that far away from the city, I had my pickup truck broken into 3 times in the 3 years before I moved. You couldn't turn on the TV without hearing about crime, with much of it near me. And then there's the miserable summer heat and humidity.
I remember one driver saying "I live in Atlanta but took a driving job that keeps me down around Texas until I want to go home. I hate driving in Atlanta!"
