Plastic end (eyelit) keeps snapping off on the vertical rod that connects valve to cross member???? Cannot figure out what is causing them to break? Any ideas????

    They're plastic. Get metal ones.

Are you tightening it to much? It has to be loose enough to be able to move and rotate slightly

Get the Paccar link. You must have some aftermarket garbage. Nothing I have seen has plastic ends or resembles what you have shown.
