Central Refrigerated Truck Stop

hey did he have any luck with looking in to tmc i think it was, and how is he doing hopefully making some miles i know alot of people been sitting alot lately

 

He needs to stay w/Central til his year is up and then maybe move companies. He had good miles on his check this week. We will see if it continues or not. Next week will be low b/c of his hometime over the weekend.

 

Well....Looks like I am headed to Utah. Systems is not hiring right now but they would take my 4000.00 and send me to Swift and Werner. LOL!!

Fozzy I guess we will meet on the 26th.

Now I just have to remember to avoid the spud loads.

haha its mostly a running joke if you have to take em usualy low miles and shotty directions, and it to bad that he couldnt go to tmc but if the miles are up then it shouldnt be to terrible

Hey w9 are you guys leased on or are you company drivers?

 

So does your company give you fule and routing solutions that your supposed to follow........blindly? Just curious. My company has me doing a tcall at our yard in Rockwall and from I35E, they want me to connect to I635W to I 30E. Those 2 don't even connect and when trying to talk to my temporary dispacther, the response I got was and I quote "the directions to the yard are not based on your direction of travel." Say what?
Lesson to new drivers, always, always, ALWAYS, check your map before hitting the road.

 

Wish my company had a thread like this to follow but all their threads are in the bad section. Sides they keep quitting and have very few old timers. At the rate they quit, will be an oldtimer myself at a whopping 8 months. lol

 

l/o for now have heard bad things about the end of these leases when you try to do a buy out

 

does anyone have any info on the apprentice program at wil trans, how it works? anything wil help cuz i was so excited i forgot to ask alot of questions that i wanted to know lmao! i know i will be with a trainer for longer than usual, but how long i wonder lol??..and i heard that you only go to school for a week to get your learners and then you start to drive with your trainer, but i already have my learners with a valid dot physical so im kinna lost lol help!!
