Actually he did it right, got the truck through Freightliner, was making good money, but life happens so. This wasn't a company LP, where he went broke.

As long as you made more profit, after you paid yourself and all your bills, than the down-payment; you are ahead.

I'm thinking when you bail out like he's attempting, there's probably going to be a substantial excessive mileage charge as well as all charges for a full detail, full PM, inspections, and new tires.

Just off the cuff, I'm going to say dude looking down the gun barrel at $15K neighborhood just to turn it in.

Brand new shiny truck isn't brand new no more. He got the benefit of driving said brand new shiny truck, that costs money.

Truck devalued $10K when he drove it off the lot. And considering the time frame the lease was signed, I'm also going to go off the cuff, and say it's a pretty big number.

He could pay for it, and make money, but a $3,000 month payment / $800 month insurance cost, isn't my idea of how I want to wake up every morning.

If you plinked down $80K on the new truck and your payment was maybe $1400 that's different. Insurance is still going to be high though.

And unless you ride it out until the end, they are going to get you on the excessive mileage charges, and other charges.

I just got my MRI results in. I need to change my life style because I have lower back pain and according to the reports, it will get worse.

I’ve had a lot of folks showing interest on kijiji for buy outs and lease take over prospects.

I’m in no rush but let’s see how this pans out.
