    Hi im looking for a trucking company that hire owner operators but i have own authority and permits,two trucks and one flatbed ,any one knows any company that hires owners op i want to use my own authority.

    Many of the large companies have power only programs now. Essentially what you do is; Pull their trailers, hauling their loads while using your authority, permits, plates, etc...

    Interstate Dist., Prime, JbHunt, Schneider, PTL, Rudolph Frieght, and several others, all have programs like that.

    Sounds like you need a freight broker or a subscription to a few good load boards and an accountant. Just my 2 cents - let's have more info on this one. :biggrin_25519:

    ok let me tell you why.im current working for a company for 3 years and in order to work for them is to have your own authority,plates, permits.but this year i get a load a week and some times i don't get a load the whole week.thats why im looking for a company that let me use my own authority i dont wana loose my authority i spend like 4k to get all my permits.plates.authority,insurance,trl registration.

    You spent the money the best way you knew at the time. It's gone. Now just do whatever makes you the most money, even if it's a lease. You may even get a partial insurance refund or at least cease payments for the rest of the year if you switch.

    As an alternative, if you find a lease company, see if they'll increase your percentage by using your own stuff.

    freight brokers don't pay good i try direct freight and get loaded i haul freight for a few brokers and a load from Houston to Laredo they wanna pay $400 dlls and the load weight is 47,000, brokers have heavy loads that big companies don't want

    80 % of brokers they just wanna robe truckers,they wanna make 40%of the load pay.i starting to hate brokers. one time i haul a load for broker of UTI. from Houston,to Beaumont,TX and they pay me $200 i done like four loads and i found that the company was paying $425 for each load to UTI :biggrin_25510:
