Motor coach, not motor home. Big difference.

Right. 50 people in a motor coach with baggage underneath in the side bays. Common freight that is somewhat timely such as blood etc rides with the Baggage.

I easily confuse motor coach and motor home when they get big enough.

If I present a package to grey hound to have it from say DC to say Knoxville asap Greyhound will charge me a certain amount and it will happen.

Seems like Greyhound transports blood and flowers all the time in the same model of bus that I'm using?

I do, but USDOT says I can haul small "express packages" on Passenger authority just like Greyhound does. As long as it's not hazardous materials.

I'm just not sure how to go about doing this. Who should I call? What should I do to get some ancillary revenue from freight while transporting passengers? I have no experience transporting freight on motorcoaches.

If you are running a steady every day route carrying passengers, you might hit up some businesses, especially businesses that have shops on both ends, and get some of their ltl freight.
It might take a while, but a guy might get something fairly good built up, parts places like Napa comes to mind, they ship from store to store regularly, pretty much daily.

I appreciate the questions, however you need to find answers locally as to what is available. Between the two points of your line.

I would be the last person with answers befitting your efforts at loading up the Hoss Loco Lines bus with business of one kind or another because I am not familiar at what may be possible between say several hospitals and a lab or blood bank etc. Snake bite anti fluid would be in demand and it would be either your bus that runs it through or they fly it charter with a King Air or something fast. I can think of other pairs that would resolve small freighting that would supplement your passengers.

There are times I am not afraid to say I don't know a #### thing about this or that or other. But it's possible when you have found people who wants that passenger or package to be on their way.

Napa Auto Parts says they have their in-house courier service.
