Glad your company did right by you Brinkman for helping them out. Last time I did a favor for my company, running a paper load 100 miles so a meat plant wouldn't close down, I was repayed by sitting for 48 hrs and getting a whopping 450 mile load. Am hoping when I go out this time that things will be a lot different.

JJ actually sent in a message to weekend dispatch when he got his load on Saturday the message said Thanks for the 451 miles dead head for a 744 mile run and I hope the next one has some miles on it!!

He also needs to get by a Thermo King again because he can't use the new beaut APU as after it runs for 2 minutes it comes up with a code and stops!

Oh well now, that bites. Brand new APU and problems already. Think part of the problem I was having with getting the miles last trip out was because a PM was due on my truck. Kept me close doing short runs so they could bring me in. Was sending in some pretty hot msg's myself over that deal. Told them if they could DH me 1200 miles for a meat load, they could darn sure DH me 400 miles for a PM!!!!!!!

Hello everyone! Hope everybody had a great weekend. Just heard from the recruiter again and still looks like we are a go for Monday. I am ready to head south and get thing's rolling.
Hi Jess, that sucks about the APU. Was it a new unit or a used one? Hopefully it will be a quick fix and the guy's wont have too much down time.

    Good luck with next week!!:biggrin_25519:

It was a used one with not many hrs on it so still should have some warranty after all he only had it installed last week at a Thermo King.

    Are you getting excited yet?

Hi Ladies, yes I am definitely excited to get things started. I have been at the same job since 92 so this is a huge step. Its feels kind of like when I entered the Air Force.
Jess, how long have you guy's been leased on?

Hey Dockrat, you going to be in WVC? If so I'll see you on Monday I guess. I'll be getting in about 1:00 UT time on Sunday.
