1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

OK i am new here and had a few things i was wondering about... I am half way through with my Training to get my cdl.... I applied to Roehl,Tmc, and Werner. I called them all on Friday and they said they are going to pass on my application at this time. My work history isn't the best in the world but i did have a year in at my last employer before they let 45 of us go. I also have a misdemeanor domestic assault charge that is 3 and 1/2 years old. Is there going to be a chance of me getting hired anywhere....

I hope You have another job that You can fall back on. If you haven't been reading all the posts since last November I'll clue You in. If You don't have about 2 years experience in OTR trucking You won't be getting much response from any trucking co. Try back next year. I've been applying to any and all trucking Co. since Nov. I got one response then turned down because of a Pot charge in 1999. Good Luck
