Sure. They refuse to hire someone with employment gaps with a clean record.

I couldn't have said it better.

The company I work for which will remain nameless based on the fact that I will not be working for them much longer has a decent reputation. But I've had more problems with them than seemingly anyone else (who still works here). I accept all loads, I run every route I go to every state they ask me to. I can't physically do more for this company than I am as I flat run out my 70 driving as hard as I can.

And I still have problems. Sitting at receivers with an empty trailer with nowhere to go. Them not getting me home on the day that I specify. Sometimes having multiple short trips in a row. Having mechanics who are more interested in going home than fixing my truck. Flipping me back and forth between driving during the day and driving all night long.

I could go on and on. All I know is this hugely positive experience that OTHER drivers speak of with this company I have not had. Not even close.

 

Crst is the most honest company around.
