Motorcyclist Killed In East Bay Big Rig Crash

I'm sorry for the loss of life.
This junction is a bad one.
if you don't know it already.
To stay on 205, you NEED TO be be in the left two lanes, to contiune on to Lathrop/ Stockton / Ripon. STay in the right, you end up in Wesley/Santa Nella/ Lost Hills on I-5

 

Guy had his truck stopped on the side of 580E just after the split from 205. Tried to reenter the road fast and cut across both lanes to the gore pt, blocked both lanes and the m/c had nowhere to go.

Looks like he was trying to make it from 580 back to 205 and the tragic results.

the whole truck and trailer was laid-out straight across the two lanes, leaving nowhere for this biker to go.

Pretty reckless driving.

Heard he might get charged.

 

Did anyone hear if he was arrested or did they let him go?
