Went to where I dropped my trailer.

Left there and started down i-490 towards the NYS thruway, which is a 2mile jog down i-490.

Approach toll, trooper with flag motioned me into the lot where they hook up the tandems.

He was alone, checked my tires, lights, wipers, and horn.

Got my trailer, truck, and my papers, including logs. Went to his SUV for 5 minutes and returned my stuff, and I was on my way in less than 15min.

He was very professional and courteous.

Was obviously nervous, but really had no reason to be, except NYSP tend to hand you a ticket before giving you an opportunity to explain yourself. But all was good and continued on.

Got checked once in New York my self. I had one thing wrong that had to be fixed, but after that I was on my way. I just got off the toll road in route my first drop of a 2 drop load. After I left there, I had other problems with the truck and I nursed it all the way back to Ga to the yard after unloading in SC of my return load.. I was lucky I did not lose my drive shaft. My good old 95 Frieghtliner, (Previous Swift Truck Garrenteed to break down)
