    Scheduled bus service just like Greyhound.

    No point in calling them again if I've already called them and they said I need it. They said I need it because I'm "doing business" in Reno. None of the others cities and towns, including Las Vegas, said I needed it, even though we pick-up/drop-off in Las Vegas.

    Scheduled service is where they got you and probably all they heard. Reno sucks like that. Depending on the cost, might just be better to get it and only report CC transactions and not cash. Of course if you didn't give them too much info, you could just say you thought it didn't apply to you under FMCSA if you get caught.
