The APU is running like a champ. it now only puffs a little black smoke when it starts up. You should have seen it when we first got it. it was dirty, had a fuel leak, the alt was shot, the belt was frayed. the pre fuel filter needed replaced and it smoked like a chimney at one point we thought that some one called the fire dept when we heard sirens but they never showed up. It almost looked like the truck was on fire by the amount of black smoke coming from the exhaust.

after we had most of the issues fixed we found out that between a new air filter and a small adjustment to the Idle and a minor third degree burn to Aarons arm from the hot exhaust who has a year of Diesel Mechanic school and EMT basic so all of the mechanical and Medical issues were addressed and we got ruuning better than thermo king could and I give all the Credit to my genus Gifted Student Aaron the APU is now running like a top.

we had the Truck washed at the blue beacon in Amarillo, TX and between the wash job on it and had them hit it with the brightener and a little silver eagle metal polish on the diamond plate cover it almost looks brand new. JJRanch.
