I have a Detroit and my oil pressure has been low it used to be around 40 psi at 1300-1400 rpm (60 mph)
now it is around 30-32...If I drop a gear and get the rpm to 1600-1700 i might get to about 38 psi

This started in the winter when temps got really low I let the truck idle for 3 days, so I thought maybe I had fuel in the oil but have had an oil change since then and still getting the low levels

Psi is at about 45 when first started

How’s the oil temperature? Is it running hot? If so, maybe oil cooler is plugged up, not cooling. Oil should run a little cooler, maybe 20 degrees than coolant.
