    Cant..get DOT inspection without having insurance..m swift wont let me use there insurance.

    No..im not my own authority..im trying to lease onto swift...to use there dot #..but i need a dot inspection..and pf course you need insurance before inspection...but swift doesnt want to let me borrow their insurance as a hire on..or give me a dot inspection..and take it out of my check..they want me to do it on my own...so im trying to ask..if anyone knows a fleet that will do...what im looking for...

    Do you currently have “Bobtail insurance” or “Non trucking Liability insurance” on your tractor? Is this what you’re trying to “borrow”?

    Sorry but your post is a little confusing and would help if you could clarify..

    No i dont have insurance at all...i took the tractor in cause they told me that all i had to do was bring the tractor in so they could do a dot inspection..but then switched the story on me..

    Where did you go? Because i called TA...petro..loves..flying j..and they all told me no dot inspection without insurance..
