first of all anarchy is a political belief in no government by those who see themselves as supreme judges. then you assume that a felon makes a person unsafe to drive. If I see someone driving on judge I will be the first person to drop that dime,terminate that career.shut that sucker down.
Because that is the present reality. I will not hold my nuts on someone because they made a bad choice years ago and use that as a justification to deem them unworthy to perform what is considered by the Government to be unskilled labor,and the largest working force without union representation.

In this guote you are referring to the felons that Carolina Cargo Inc. thrives on for labor.

Maybe you should pick one side of the issue and stick with it.

unfortunately there were those that were found lacking and will not make the grade. But they were given a chance they did not appreciate.
