I dont drive a truck....but based on the condition of my car....I'm going to prison lol

Job/home related stress= Uh yeah?? If were breathing we have this.
Active dreams...hmm well since i'm not dreaming i'm an in animate object...I would say they are active.
I have debris, food wrappers, clothing, empty soda cans, cell phone(2 of them) and when I'm also in it a computer. I also have books.

Now lets talk about vehicle maintenance...I'm married to a mechanic.....so my car is the last one in town to be worked on...so failed that too HA!

Here is something else to add> OOIDA wants to know if you have been put out of service. Here is a article I posted a week ago on this MN issue>> Minnesota fatigue checklist complaint?

It's not the first thing that violates perceived rights of truckers.I hope this particular suit is successfully heard and not dismissed out of hand.

I read about this MN survey in another post. There seemed to be a dispute whether a driver must complete this survey when asked and the article here does not cover the survey in depth. Does anyone here know if a driver has the right to refuse to participate in the survey and therefore avoid the possibility of getting shut down?

You are not required to take the survey. Period.

Not doing a thing for me . I don't go to MN . Big deal. OOIDA files a suit . Post when they win one . That would be news . Any news on changing split sleeper rules , hot fuel , or fuel purchasers getting all the FSC ? Seems I just read about the OOIDA suit regarding Mexican truckers being dismissed.
