That's why companies like Reputation Defender were created.
The % of those willing to go online and complain about a product or service, whether it's legitimate or not, compared to people who never go online and express their satisfaction with a product or service is probably 100 to 1.

I remember a thread from last winter where a woman trash talked a shop terribly, then after dragging its reputation through the mud, she disappeared without answering any questions. I know that she was a troll, probably trying to hurt that shop, hoping to drive up business at the show who asked her to do it, or her husband or family owns.

Sounded to me like the OP was legit.

Not this thread, it was one this winter where a woman joined just long enough to trash talk a shop, then fled without answering any questions.

Yea, Female, the name "Lioness" gave that one away.
I wish you the very best. Being a one truck O/O, I know how you feel. -
No BS? I didnt know it was common with KW's but with my T600 the trailer would always lean to the right. At the steering axle you could measure the bottom of the frame rail to the ground on both sides and it would be the same. But if you installed a spacer plate under the drivers side spring it would make those same measurements different but it would level out the trailer. That spacer had to be there under the left front or the trailer would lean to the right. I remember arguing with the suspension shop do not take that spacer out when they put new leaf springs in. They didnt listen and the lean came back. So guess who's replacing leaf springs next time that job has to be done on my new to me truck....Feedman Thanks this.

There is a formula they use when they measure from a flat surface to axle on both sides that determine spacer height. My T660 had a lean to the right took alot of research to figure out why the lean was there. Sure enough spacer was 1/2 difference.Feedman Thanks this.

I got rid of it several weeks ago. I thought it was just my truck though. I knew what the fix was and had it leveled out but people who didnt drive my truck and only got paid to work on it thought they knew better... turns out they didn't lol.

There are a few that cater to the solo owner op and smaller time operators. ”Peterbilt Steve” in Oklahoma for instance...I would buy one from him if I were looking. His shop does some pretty sweet work on new ones.blairandgretchen Thanks this.

This is the truth.
When I ran my own shop I always went by the thinking that is you do right by someone they will tell a friend or two, if you #### someone they will tell 100.MartinFromBC, stillwurkin and dwells40 Thank this.
