Here is some info I got on how they pay.
    60+ months experience 36 cpm.
on loads of 1550 miles or more drivers pay will be reduced by .5 cents per mile. WHAT!!!

Owner Operators, .92 cpm on loads of 0-1150, .89 cpm on loads of 1151-1550
.85cpm on loads of 1550 + Are they smoking crack?? Or maybe they think we are.

a reduction if the load is 1500 miles or more? what is the reasoning behind that? the more miles the less pay so it would be better to do a few 400 or 500 mile trips

Thats the info they sent me when I called them. If the forum would let me I would scan the info and post it but I don't think they would allow that.

I have been checking with many Company's out there, too see what their programs were. For the last 6 years I have been doing oil field work and doing good but with the down turn I have been sitting at home more than working. So as I have talked to a lot of these outfits after they hear some of the questions I ask they don't want to talk to me any more.
I think they are only looking for new guy's that don't know enough yet, that they can take advantage of them. you would think the rotten SOB's were load brokers.

Y'all will love this J.B. Hunt recruiter called me, And let me tell you this guy was smooth. And what he was telling me about sounded good till I asked the magic question what does it pay to the truck. Are you ready 57%!!!!!
And before my brain engaged my mouth did, and it just came out. Do you think I am stupid!! Well he hung up on me. lol
But I think I have found what I'm looking for. Going back to tanker yanking.
