I just went to LensCrafters and got new prescription glasses and sunglasses too. Ended up with Raybans for both, am pretty happy with them. I went to a standalone eye doctor's for my last glasses and ended up with more expensive glasses that smudged if you looked at them funny and were impossible to keep clean, the anti scratch coating wore off around the lenses too, if that was standalone doctor practice quality I think I'll stick with LensCrafters in the future lolSteelersjunkie Thanks this.

I used to think it was a mixture of fuel discounts and IFTA related reasons, and to some degree perhaps it is. But now that I understand more about how IFTA works I would have to say it purely for the fuel discounts. There are states I will avoid fueling in SPECIFICALLY because of IFTA, but I'm mainly looking for the lowest price. Fuel is by far the biggest expense I have out here. Ohio has always been a great state to buy. There are trips where I'll fill up at home, pick a load up in PA heading to IL or MO and I will fuel again before I cross the border into IN. Might sound dumb but stuff like that can save me $50 in fuel, and that's just on one trip. Multiply that out over multiple trips per week, and then 52 weeks in a year. Now multiply that by the 700 or so trucks Millis has, and you've got yourself quite a chunk of change

Speaking of steel toed boots are boots mandatory at Millis? Those Timberlands are pretty comfortable as far as boots go but if I have the chance to never ever wear boots again I think I'll take it lol

No boots aren't mandatory and really arent even a necessity. Shoes are fine too. Im yet to go to a customer that you had to have boots.RS730 Thanks this.

Now that's good news, I've worn steel toed boots for 16 years, tennis shoes here I come lol. Well I've worn them every day except for ONE day, the day I dropped a 1" plate on my foot and had to go to the hospital. Go figure.

If they kept me in that loop I never would've left. I offered and was refused.

Dude that is by far the craziest back I've ever had. You have to open your doors after you've passed those beams. If you have them open, you'll rip them off. I had maybe 4 inches on each side with the doors closed.MACK E-6 Thanks this.

Yeah if they'd keep me going back and forth between La Crosse and Memphis I might go home for Christmas and that's about it. Just as long as they gave me time to shower and do laundry I'd run the wheels off this truck on that haul. Rochester can suck my left nut.
Speaking of people that can suck my left nut, the driver of this truck can do it too. 30 minutes at the fuel island and didn't even bother to pull forward. Caught him as he was getting in his truck and gave him an earful and a good look at my favorite finger. I normally don't let this #### bother me but today it did. Probably because I was at the J in Knoxville and it has those timers that tell you exactly how long somebody has been sitting there.Steelersjunkie Thanks this. -
Well, to be fair, he's from the deep south. They aren't known for moving fast. Might be what he's accustomed to. There's a real good reason you'll never catch me down there. Dirty nasty surroundings, slow lazy people. Hate it down there.Last edited: Jul 10, 2019
