CB Shop in Effingham??

Yeah i’m not sure if they moved but now they are inside of the Peterbilt dealer next to the flyin J now

 

I've made several purchases from them in the last year or so off Ebay. Always as described and they ship out very quickly. Never an issue and good communication to boot!

 

I'm leery of Effingham Radio on Ebay. the don't answer the phone or emails, multiple attempts, and they say any questions don't hesitate to call. So I've held off on many purchases and their Galaxy listings seem dishonest just my thoughts, I could be wrong.

 

And GI joes is the same don't answer the phone nor return emails or voicemail. again, missed my business on several purchases including radios of which i found out that their tune up consists of removing the mod limiter. some say that is hackery and meter baiting.

 

Yeah wouldn't buy a radio from either one,but effingham is pretty competitive price wise on alot of things.

 

Wrong the guy who works at GI JOES called me back i asked about the new mirage mx36hp3 radio... the recording gives the hours and if they are busy with a customer leave your name number they will call you back, he told me if i paid in cash he would sell me the radio for $255 before it's $199 before they peak and tune it it's $45 and $20 if you want it super modded a friend has the same radio he wants $399

 

ok. yeah you got me. I made that up. NOT!
However I am looking for a 99v2 or a Mirage without the limiter to DX on 3 channels.
seriously I heard his radios sound good.
