Can I just get another medical examiner certificate?

Everyone always brings up doctor shopping and I personally never had an issue with it.

Concentra gave me 3 months for sleep apnea.

I went to a chiropractor and got a 2 year. Problem solved.

A few years ago I had to come back to the States for work. Started at a company that sent me to Concentra for a physical. That didn't work out, made it about two weeks and walked away. Went to work at another place, two week old physical in hand, that didn't matter, it had to be their physical. The new place sent me back to the very same Concentra, where the exact same doctor did my my new physical.

 

Since I am the only one talking about doctor shopping I will address your comment. If you did not tell that 2nd examiner about that first exam you doctor shopped! If you get by with it or not depends on if it is found by the FMCSA. I have not said you can never get by with it. I am saying it is a flag to the FMCSA if they see it. What happens next is up to the FMCSA.

 

I agree, one of my Physicians that handles my Epilepsy is part of a practice that does steep studies and monitors CPAP usage. I have seen several rather small woman in there waiting. I have also seen some really small men too.

 

if you have sleep apnea. you may just love the therapy. when i hook up and take air. i know it wont be long
