Small start-up trucking company seeks driver with OR without own authority to run 1999 FLD Freightliner Truck. Pay is negotiable, but based on % of highest paying revenues in the industry. Estimated $600-$1500/week, depending on how you like to run. Regular home time, if desired. Flexible, NON-FORCED dispatch.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    CLASS A CDL
    A MOTIVATED AND ENTHUSIASTIC PERSONALITY
A WILLINGNESS TO TAKE AN ACTIVE INTEREST IN THE HEALTH OF THE COMPANY

.....thats it! Traffic tickets, DUI's, bad DAC report, misdemeanors, no experience...all applications will be considered! Anyone looking to jump at an opportunity to grow with us as we expand will see their paycheck grow as well.

    DISQUALIFIERS:

    HISTORY OF ABANDONING TRUCKS
    FELONIES WITHIN 7 YEARS
REFUSING MULTIPLE LOADS/SITTING FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME

Pay starts off at the low end (10%+) and after 7-8 weeks quickly bumps up to 20% or so, depending on performance. Very little dead head. Almost never layover time. We keep you moving every day.

I can't find anybody to hire me in this toilet of an economy with my shaky work history. But I'm desperate to get back out there and work up to something like JCT or a company that stays out west.

You should be able to clear 1k after taxes running legal. I was able to do it as a company driver. You do have to stay on it though.

I worked for a percentage company once. They sold me the bill of goods on the average earnings.

    The deadhead killed me.

Expect as much deadhead as Rob, if we are talking about the same Rob. I'm pretty sure Rob is deadheading as much as he thinks makes good financial sense. The life on my truck is a bit less than his. I would say no more than 20% of mileage is deadhead. Taking short loads, that is.

The pre-deadhead might be upwards of $2/mile, but after deadhead it is still higher than starting out with no experience at CR England or Swift. They usually will baby you for 6 months, paying you ish. I'm talking about starting at 2 years experience pay, regardless of your circumstances.

No judging here. Just looking for an honest driver who would rather work his way into better pay "down the road."

    Non smoking is attractive.

I do not know what I would do with a truck that had not been smoked in.
