Looks nice. I like the standard hoods better than the extended hoods. Although if I ever quit wrenching and did make the leap of faith to drive and eventually get my own truck, I'd probably go with a T800. Do wish they still made the high hood T800. Mean looking truck when you throw the big float tires on up front.

Your comment sounded negative, as if they deserved to be nixed. I'll grant that that might not be what you meant, but that's the way it came on.

I always said that about bmw from driving wrecker, then the guy in a 10 yearold chevy van with 5 kids on their one vacation a year would toss you a 20.00 bill.

I've started typing about 20 times and each time it ends in something that will get me in trouble...so I guess I just need to chill a minute. There are still a lot of folks on here I enjoy hanging out in here with and learning a thing or 2 from..just hope we don't lose anymore than we have...

I've got my hands full enough with this W900A right now. Next one I'd like to do is a Hayes HD. A relative of mine had a couple he was working on restoring but ended up selling them due to lack of time to do it.

Austin area is about the most F'ed up place in Tx.

2 flippin truck stops that more than just fuel and 1 is a Pilot and the the is a Flappin J, also conveniently located way at each end of Austin as well.

Studies have shown that people who drive 'junkers' are less entitled & more willing to give way to pedestrians, as well as obeying 'regular' traffic laws.... Like yield signs..... Honestly, I'd trust a 25yo Millennial driving mom's '93 Pontiac Grand Prix more than I would a 45 yo driving his BMW.... One of them thinks they're untouchable. The other realizes that if he wrecks mom's car he will NEVER HEAR THE ####ING END OF IT.
