Looking to get into trucking, need advice

    i hate to say it but super service in ellenwood is hiring...........at full orientation speed f that tells you any thing!

    there was 11 of us monday and today its down to 10 1 gentlamen could not get his blood pressure down and there gonna ship us to sumerset kentucky for our truck assignments......

    and now after reading some stuff on the forum im kinda ready to not go back.

    i dont know what im gonna do.

    all i can say is super service IS hiring.

    I suggest that you contact your local community college,and find out about training and getting your CDL there. They can usually help with financing and job placement,which is difficult to say the least at this time.

    there are good and bad in all company,s out here i ve been here since 1979 and i would not do anything eles it is slow right now and maybe it will pick up but as the others have told you research

    Hi i was wondering if anyone could help me,i looking for any info on a company called grand island express.they say they have a low turnover in their ad but you cant believe evrything you hear right.all there any drivers that have driven for this company.they are preatty small around 190 trucks.any help would be helpful.thanks jimmyboy

    Grand Island express all i do know is they are out of grand island nebraska and prolly require a 2 yr minimum experience level most small fleets do to keep their insurance rates down ....if u live out that live stock hauling aint a bad gig either
