Hello everyone. Thought I would join seeing how I have been "lurking" since Sept.08. My husband is "another" newbie who started driving the beginning of this January. He was at a dead end job with Lowes Home Improvement netting about $14,000.00 a year, after taxes, insurance, child support,etc.....So, he thought he would give a try at something he had always wanted to do.....drive truck. The end of February, we decided I would come along to spend quality time with him and get to see the country. I am still with him and loving every minute of it. The kids are grown and on their own so there is nothing keeping us at home. To those who are wondering....NO.....I am not getting my CDL's. I do not want to drive. I just want to be with my husband, see the country and meet some good people. So, look for us out there and give us a shout.

Welcome, I like riding with hubby too but love to drive so I'm going to get mine and share in the driving. Glad your able to travel with yours and having a good time. Glad you found us....maybe we'll see you out there when everything is done
