    Well, van rates in the northeast suck. Throwing frozen tarps sucks. Heavy haul isnt for noobs. That leaves end dumps right? Most end dump work doesnt go on a load board, you gotta know someone. So its a smaller group that runs regional and is a lot less likely to cut their own throats by bidding freight down below break even just to get back to chicago. Plus no 2 hr strap and tarp in the rain.
