If anyone goes there after reading Rip Off report and this forum, then I or anyone on here should have NO sympothy for them-Sure it is bad what they do to drivers, but as long as drivers keep going there they will stay in business-Simple! Now if drivers will stop thinking, "oh" that driver was just a "dummy" or "lazy" and thats why he or she couldnt make any money and thats why C.R. England didnt treat them well and I can make it,because I'm not lazy or stupid, then C.R. Enlgland wil have to shut their doors --- NO DRIVERS= NO MONEY!!So drivers/newbies please quit thinking you can make it at this company, beacuse You wont! Sure there are a few that I'm sure do well, but look at it like this, if everyone lost in a casino then nobody would go, so case-in- point, they throw those few that make it into the new drivers faces that are coming on and brain wash them to think they can do the same thing. Same with a casino the few that do win, everyone else thinks they can do they same! So Think as C.R England as a Casino, they have to let a few win to keep the suckers coming in, but ultimately they always win and take your money and in the end they leave you more worse off then before you got there!!

LOL my trainer got a paycheck from them. ($800). Thats -800 paycheck.

 

WTF??? Did he take 2 weeks pay in advances very week? Or what???

easy fix go be a company driver

 

I ran into 2 CRE company drivers yesterday. BOTH of them solo company drivers, and BOTH on their way out. One driver started with them in February and has been home twice. 1 day one time, 1 day the second time. The other driver was from Massachusetts. With that typical east coast attitude he was lambasting CRE. He was going to get the most miles in a week with that load in the 2 months he was there... 1500. Plus he had not been home since he started. They won't get him back east of the Mississippi.

I really don't know why an experienced driver would go to them. They have to run into CRE drivers and get the story. Students don't know any better. I think that's why SWIFT went to all students. Experienced drivers already knew the story on them.
