Which barrel are you scraping the bottom of ??? Surely these guys are the exception. BUT... they are the ones that are making "company" life so difficult for the rest of us... the companies have got to cover their ##### just in case they get a driver like that. I think you're justified in what ever action you took, and probably should have come down on them a lot harder than you did. I'm new to these boards, Is there any way I can find out what/where your company is??? I think it said putting contact info in the messages would get one kicked out.

 

What part of Ohio are you in? I live here and would love to work for a company that treats people fairly and honestly. My pet peeve with Operations has always been honesty. I wont go into a lot here but if you are serious about wanting good reliable drivers drop me a line.

 

You're best food comes from the little Mom and Pop Diners. Mmmmm, Like Home Cooked meals!
Same goes with the smaller trucking companies. They may not have all the perks and benefits, but you're treated better. They operate like a family and will include you in with them.
I have seen through the years more drivers satisfied being with the smaller trucking companies.
