If the MVR came back as ineligible, they aren't "rescinding" the offer, you just don't qualify to drive for them. The offer is null and void. You'll need to appeal the information with the BG check company as well as view your MVR to see what is actually on it.
Texas_hwy_287 Thanks this. -
if the license is no longer suspended, how are you listed as ineligible?
-
it showed my license as reinstated. i havent received a call or anything, but when i started the background check . i got a email saying it was complete and the mvr part was highlighted in red. my friend said i should be ok that usually they pull mvr off your license before they interview or decide to hire you another buddy of mine his wife was the hiring manager and she said long as your license is good then im good. guess im nervous

So you are trying to get into Coke? A lot of what they will accept depends on the bottler being as how they are all independently owned and operated. If you know a hiring manager you should be good
-
yea i've worked there before but recently they were bought out by coca cola swb so the hiring manager i knew is still there but she has a different role now.i know the hire felons and all

This is late but I’m kinda in the same boat but for me I had two tickets in February of 2021 for driving with no license and no insurance .. I had gotten my license (regular) in 2022 of September . I know I was dumb not to get it sooner but no excuses I was hella dumb to drive without a license and no insurance. So I got my Class A this year on the 15th of November and applied to coka cola swb for a local merchandiser day shift and I was wondering if I disclose those tickets on the application or put “no” when it asked if I had a clean driving record do yall think they will still call me for an interview?? I’m not having my hopes up for getting this job but I’m just real curious as well

I thought after 3-5 years that kind of stuff falls off?
